Can I send only the written report?
A second reading requires the complete images. Your previous report helps us understand your question, but it is not enough to review the study.
What if my study is in a PACS system?
You may share the link. We first check whether it provides complete images and usable access. Do not enter personal account passwords in the form.
Will the report be officially accepted in my country?
This is an additional reading prepared in Mexico. It does not change or invalidate your existing report, nor replace your local physician's assessment. Acceptance for paperwork, insurance or clinical decisions depends on the rules where you are located.
When will I receive it?
The usual window is 24–48 hours after confirmed payment and receipt of the complete study. We do not offer emergency readings or guarantee an exact delivery hour.
Can you review a scan obtained during an emergency?
Yes, after the emergency has been addressed, we can assess whether the images are suitable for a second reading. This service does not replace immediate care or shorten the delivery window.
Can I request an MRI review?
Yes, depending on region, sequences and complexity. We confirm whether the case is within our scope before payment.
