A non-contrast and contrast phase of the same region are considered within the standard price when they belong to the same protocol. CT angiography, complex multiphasic studies, special reconstructions, rush delivery or multiple comparisons may require an additional quote.

This page is designed for patients who already have a CT scan or MRI and want a clearer written explanation, a second reading, comparison with a previous report or an initial interpretation when no report is available.
Required information
Images are not interpreted in isolation from the patient.
The form requests useful information to understand why the review is requested and what questions should be addressed in the report.
Origin and current location
Country, city and current location of the patient when requesting the service.
Activity or occupation
Relevant information when work, physical effort or exposures may relate to the case.
Diagnosis and evolution
Known or suspected diagnoses, symptoms, duration and treatments received.
Reason for the second opinion
What creates doubt and the specific questions the patient wants clarified.
Process
Request, review and delivery.
Availability is managed internally. The patient will only see whether the request can be accepted and the estimated delivery date.
Complete the questionnaire
Patient data, location, diagnosis, symptoms and reason for consultation.
Share the link
The patient provides the link from the imaging center or PACS and the access code, if available.
Validate the case
We verify that the material is sufficient before confirming the service and payment.
Receive the report
The second opinion is delivered in writing within the confirmed timeframe for the case.

The document describes findings observed in the material received. It is intended to help the patient understand the imaging study and discuss it with the treating physician. Outside Mexico, it may not replace local medical documentation, insurance requirements or official reporting rules.
